Return & Refund Policy – Deathly Smooth

At Deathly Smooth, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy to understand how we can assist you in the best way possible.


1. Hassle-Free Returns (Within 14 Days)

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you’d like to return it – no explanations needed!

  • Your return period starts the day you (or someone on your behalf) receives the product.

  • Just send us a quick email within those 30 days to let us know you’d like to make a return.

  • Once notified, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Important Note on Skincare Products For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused skincare products. If the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, we won’t be able to take it back. Thanks for understanding!


2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You include an order confirmation or proof of purchase.

  • The item is not damaged due to improper use or storage.

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Gift cards (these are non-refundable)


3. How to Return Your Order

  1. Let us know: Email us at customerservice@deathlysmooth.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

  2. Pack it up securely: Make sure the product is packed properly to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Send it back: Ship the package within 14 days of notifying us.

  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.


4. Refunds – What to Expect

  • Once we process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • If you return your entire order, we’ll also refund your original shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, original shipping costs won’t be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made a mistake with your order or the product is faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • We’ll process the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please Note: If the returned product is damaged, used, or doesn’t meet the return conditions, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.


5. If Something’s Wrong with Your Order

If you received the wrong item or your product is defective, we want to fix it ASAP! Just email us at customerservice@deathlysmooth.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • If you return an item, we’ll refund the product price only.

  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if you return your entire order.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your item is defective or incorrect.
